Perfect Pour: As a  subtle twist on the classic dry Martini, take 50ml of Isle of Bute Oyster Gin, add 15ml of Vermouth,  shake over ice, then serve with a twist of lemon.

Or serve with a slice of cucumber and a touch of cracked black pepper as a more classic style gin and tonic.
